Yuba County Office of Education invites the community to their free egg hunt an event full of fun for the entire family. There will be games, food, prizes and information from many agencies in the community. There will be information about the different resources in the community. Gridley Earth Day Block Party is featuring St. Timothy’s Episcopal Church Community Garden. Attend for a tour of the garden. There will be a Mini Farmer’s Market, Yoga and Compost classes. They will be offering the opportunity to make your own Terrarium. Ampla Health will be there to offer information about the variety of services that are offered such as medical, dental and specialty.

Community event filled with family friendly activities, live music, DJ, and entertainment. This is a free event to honor the Chico community. Ampla Health will be ton site to participate by offering information pertaining to the services we provide.

This event is presented to the students and families of the Feather River Academy & Pathway Charter Academy. There will be information offered by several agencies in the community about their resources. Luther Elementary School invites the parents of soon to be kindergarteners to visit their school and their school district. Ampla Health will be there to share information about services offered.

Health & Cultural Celebration Is a festival that is family oriented. There will be a special program for kids, along with an exclusive entertainer. Ampla Health will be onsite to provide information on services.

The Wildflower & Nature Festival shines a spotlight on natural resources and handmade products in Butte County. This free admission event offers activities and entertainment for all ages such as children’s crafts, river kayak tours, live music and food trucks. Ampla Health will be participating by giving out reusable resource bags along with info about our services.

Bridge Street Elementary School is hosting their annual Eggstravaganza event for their students and families. Families will have the opportunity to gather information about community resources available to them. Ampla Health will be there to share information about their services as well as to share and information about our new Ampla Health Yuba City Medical.

Chico State Passages invites the community to a Resource fair for older adults and persons with disabilities. There will be over 50 Local agencies offering information. There will be free cooking demos, free food and free personal shredding available. Ampla Health will provide information about health insurance, resources and information about the services provided within Ampla Health.

The Oroville Botanical Garden and Education Center will present its 6th Annual Arbor Day Festival, featuring a tree circus display, booths, vendors, games, etc. Ampla Health will be participating by giving out resource bags along with information about all our services.

The 145th Annual Bok Kai Parade, year of the snake will be taking place in downtown Marysville. From the crowning of the Bok Kai Parade Hostess to the Parade and community festivities that culminate in Bomb Day, the community comes together to celebrate our heritage and our home. The Yuba-Sutter Winter Pow Wow is a family fun filled event that is hosted by the American Indian Education Program. This event gives students and families the opportunity to learn about the social structural and activities of the Native American Culture, as well as traditions within our local Indian Tribes. Glenn County’s Community Action Department will be hosting their first annual Veteran’s Stand Down. There will be resources that offerr comprehensive support for our Military Veterans as well as gear distribution. The Orland chamber of Commerce and Santa invite you to join them in celebration the season with their annual Christmas Parade which will be taking place in Downtown Orland. They will be Lighting the Community Tree. There will also be Christmas Carolers and local vendors available for your Holiday Shopping. Our services will be announced during the parade as we brighten the parade with our vehicle decorated with lights.

Bring the family and watch decorated floats with dancers and performers move through Downtown Oroville while marching bands perform in route. As our vehicle moves through the parade, the announcer will highlight Ampla Health services including pharmacy .

This year the City of Williams would like to invite you to join them in their Festival of Lights Parade. The parade will provide enjoyment for the people of Williams and the surrounding communities. 55th Annual Olivehurst Christmas Parade is taking place in the evening for the first time this year. It is a festive light parade that will include floats, as well as vehicles decorated with lights! The theme will be ” The Island of Misfit Toys”. Ampla Health will be decorating one of the outreach vehicles with lights and theme decor.

Open Doors is a community resource fair that takes place annually. This is an opportunity for community organizations and agencies to come together and showcase the services they have to offer. The campaign was created in 2001 to help identify and address health disparities, specifically, in Latino and Hispanic communities.
