Patient Transportation Services
Ampla Health provides Transportation Services to all Ampla Health patients throughout Butte, Colusa, Sutter, Yuba, Tehama, and Glenn Counties. We look forward to our certified drivers getting you to and from all your medically related appointments, including lab work and pharmacy trips.
Our transportation vans are Wheelchair and handicap accessible, and all our drivers are trained and equipped to get any of our patients safely to their destinations.
Follow these steps to take advantage of our Transportation Services:
- Call and set up any of your medical appointments either at your nearest Ampla Health Center or other medical provider.
- Once you have made your appointment give us a call at (888) 980-9767and we will schedule a pick-up time for your appointment, lab work, and/or pharmacy pick-up.
- Before your appointment, we will call to remind you and confirm you are still in need of transportation services.
- On the day of your appointment, we will pick you up to make sure you arrive on time. After your appointment and/or medical trip, we will take you back home.
