more
Since 2009, The Health Education Council (HEC) has proudly operated the Ventanilla de Salud at the Consulado General of Mexico in Sacramento, creating access to primary care services, health insurance coverage, and other health access resources. In addition to health screenings and education, they also offer small business development support, financial education and coaching, as well as mental health well-being initiatives. Ampla Health participates by presenting its resources. By co-locating community support services at the Consulate, HEC reaches the community in a space they trust and Ampla Health is happy to support this process.
