Through community partnerships and outreach, we strive to provide important information and services that support healthy lifestyles, informed decision-making, and overall community well-being. Ampla Health will be on-site to provide information about the wide range of healthcare services and programs we offer to support individuals and families in our community. Our team will be available to answer questions, share resources, and help connect you with care options.

Since 2009, the Health Education Council (HEC) has proudly operated the Ventanilla de Salud at the Consulado General of Mexico in Sacramento, expanding access to primary care services, health insurance coverage, and other essential health resources. In addition to health screenings and education, HEC provides small business development support, financial education and coaching, and mental health and well-being initiatives. Ampla Health participates by sharing information about its services and available resources. By co-locating community support services at the Consulate, HEC is able to reach community members in a trusted and welcoming space, and Ampla Health is proud to support this important work.
