- In 2022 we served 1,761 Black/African American Patients:
- 47% Female
- 53% Male
- 649 of the patients suffered from Diabetes and received treatment and follow up appointments to manage their health condition.
- 923 of them suffered from Hypertension and received ongoing care.
- The total of Black/African American Encounters were 7,234
