If you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, call your nearest Ampla Health COVID-19 Testing Center to set up a testing appointment.

Available At All Ampla Health Medical Locations

We are currently offering Pfizer and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines for patients 6 months and older at all our clinical locations and our Test to Treat Mobile Medical Unit. Set up a doctor’s appointment at any of our Ampla Health medical centers and get the COVID-19 vaccine, or booster.

Ampla Health provides high quality healthcare services to communities across our six counties in Sutter, Butte, Tehama, Glenn, Yuba, Colusa. We proudly offer COVID-19 testing and treatment to patients who have tested positive at our mobile clinic. Ampla Health is committed to providing accessible and comprehensive healthcare services to our community. Therefore, all patients are eligible!  If you require testing, please call our mobile clinic at 530-674-6400 Monday- Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm or visit your nearest Ampla Health location.

  1. We are also offering Telehealth Home Phone/Video Appointments for Medical, Pediatrics, Dental, Behavioral Health, & Dietitian Services.
  2. Chiropractic services are available to anyone suffering severe back-related issues by an in-person appointment.
  3. ALL Ampla Health Medical Centers will remain Open during the COVID-19 pandemic.
  4. Please call and to schedule for your COVID-19 vaccine or booster.

All Ampla Health centers are OPEN offering care to our patients for Medical, Dental, Pediatrics, Chiropractic, Behavioral Health and Specialty Services needs. Please do not miss your needed in-person appointments. For your convenience you may make use of the Telehealth Home Phone/Video Services for routine healthcare appointments and medication refill needs.

  4. Tambien estamos ofreciendo citas de Telesalud por Telefono/Video desde Casa para servicios Médicos, de Pediatría, Dentales,  de Salud Mental y de Nutrición.
  5. Durante la Orden de Quedarse en Casa, Ampla Health continuará ofreciendo los servicios del Programa de WIC en los condados de Colusa & Yuba pero solo sera por teléfono.

Durante éste tiempo de Pandemia debido al Coronavirus, nuestro centros de Ampla Health seguiran ABIERTOS para atender sus necesidades Médicas, de Pediatría, Dentales, Quiropráctico, Salud Mental, Nutrición, y Servicios de Especialidades. Si tiene citas que sean necesarias de atender en persona y tiene preguntas, por favor no falte y llámenos antes de sus citas.
